Simply put, if it's our fault (defects in materials and/or workmanship), we'll repair or replace it - anytime, anywhere. If it's your fault (Your wear & your tear) that's on you!

Legally Speaking

Best Made Designs, LLC ("BMD") warrants the products which it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the product and is not transferable. Under this warranty, BMD will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the product at no additional charge. Warranties for products marketed by BMD but not manufactured by BMD are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Some products manufactured by BMD contain components not manufactured by BMD and in this case, the manufacturer's warranty applies to these components.

Warranty Return Process

1.  Complete the Warranty Claim Form to request an RMA number before returning any gear.

2.  Return only the defective portion of the product, shipping prepaid, to BMD

3.  Be sure to include the following information:

  • Proof-of-purchase/date
  • Product name or description of part.
  • Description of problem.
  • Dealer you purchased the item from.
  • Your name, address and daytime phone.

The Purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. All replaced parts and products become the property of Best Made Designs, LLC. Dated proof-of-purchase must accompany the product being returned when requesting warranty work.

The Purchaser may request information on how to obtain warranty service by completing the Warranty Claim Form or emailing info@specopsbrand.com.

I saw that this pack does not have so many reviews so I thought I would add. I first bought THE Pack Tactical and used it during field research in Guinea and Sierra Leone. This was hard use. I hauled soil samples, took 3 or 4 laptops from the USA to West Africa, etc. The pack was incredibly comfortable with even a very heavy load. I will note that the polyethylene or hard plastic sheet is necessary to maximize the potential. I gave that pack to a colleague in Sierra Leone and he is still using it. I bought three of THE Pack UAP and the EDC version. I gave two to Ukrainians on the front where they hauled their gear to a frontline position. They both noted the toughness of the bag. I continue to use the EDC and THE Pack UAP with frequent trips to Africa (East and West) and Ukraine. Both bags are essentially unscathed. My only complaint is that my current THE Pack on the zipper seam has a lot of loose (600D) nylon threads that I have to cut off. It is as if the sewer did not finish the seam properly. I recommend all three of these bags without hesitation. Yes they weigh more than equivalent bags but they handle weight very well and can withstand hard use better than a thinner pack material.

I’ve had my UAP pack for over a decade: it’s gone through deployment, countless FTX’s, and still is in great shape. Honestly, I can’t say much other than it does what it’s designed to do (hold large quantities of crap and not fall apart) but it’s done so admirably. Even with inflation it is worth it.

I’ve had my bag for maybe 10 years now, liked it so much that I got the EDC version when I needed a smaller bag a few years ago. Both bags are still going strong. It’s never had to “save my life” or anything like that: but I’ve used and abused every single MOLLE loop again and again; I’ve overstuffed every pocket over and over and always managed to get the zippers to close; no matter what I cram in there, every part has held up. I take my pack on and off many times a day, and run the straps all the way in and out to make it easier to get on/off: after years there are some minor signs of wear on the straps from all that, but the webbing is holding strong and the sliders/buckles aren’t loosening up on me.

Our response the following day via email was this: 'Thank you for sending that over. Quality control on the backpack is very low; the sewing stitch are horrible very low quality wend contacted customer service they want me to pay for the return without AR# also from their discretion. don't waste your money in this, even chines item has better workmanship
