Warranty
Simply put, if it's our fault (defects in materials and/or workmanship), we'll repair or replace it - anytime, anywhere. If it's your fault (Your wear & your tear) that's on you!
Legally Speaking
Best Made Designs, LLC ("BMD") warrants the products which it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the product and is not transferable. Under this warranty, BMD will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the product at no additional charge. Warranties for products marketed by BMD but not manufactured by BMD are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Some products manufactured by BMD contain components not manufactured by BMD and in this case, the manufacturer's warranty applies to these components.
Warranty Return Process
1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form to request an RMA number before returning any gear.
2. Return only the defective portion of the product, shipping prepaid, to BMD
3. Be sure to include the following information:
- Proof-of-purchase/date
- Product name or description of part.
- Description of problem.
- Dealer you purchased the item from.
- Your name, address and daytime phone.
The Purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. All replaced parts and products become the property of Best Made Designs, LLC. Dated proof-of-purchase must accompany the product being returned when requesting warranty work.
The Purchaser may request information on how to obtain warranty service by completing the Warranty Claim Form or emailing info@specopsbrand.com.

This limited warranty does not extend to any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than BMD. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and BMD expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. All implied warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In the event the product is not free from defects as warranted above the purchaser's sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. I finally decided to get a new wallet after 20 years so I checked to see if this SpecOps wallet was still for sale, and I was so happy to see that I was not the only one that had this wallet for so long. I bought my first one at the PX in Qatar in 2006, used it every day since, and I'm only replacing it because the plastic is worn out. What a great product, thank you for making quality stuff!
I carried this wallet for 25 years yes 25 years ! I work construction in one of the hottest cities in Arizona so this wallet was soaked 7 months out of the year. It was getting very worn and thin so on my birthday in 2026 I decided to replace it with one of the back up Spec Ops wallet I bought. I am sure this one will last me now till I am no longer alive as I am now 57 years old and retired. I gifted my son one of thease wallets when he was 16. He is now 29 and a pilot in the USCG and carries his wallet every day with no signs of wear. Both of our wifes have bought us nive leather wallets as gifts. Both of us chosse to cary the Spec Ops Jr! It will not let you down!

Wallet has been around for about 10yr now. Absolutely love it. Only issue is the outside window, is cracked from age and very yellow. Great pocket knife holder too.
I've owned this wallet longer than any I've ever owned. It's OLD, 20+ years. The only reason I need another is because the outside ID window is cracked. Honestly it's been cracked for a few years but the wallet still works fine so I haven't been in a hurry to replace it.
Just the right size. I had the bigger one but it was "dos mas" this one is perfect.

I ordered 2 of T.H.E. Wallet Jr... just because sometimes when you order a wallet online it has wonky stitching, or something is wrong with it and you hafto send it back and get another one, pain in the butt. I am picky about my wallets, so i went over these inch by inch when i recieved them looking for flaws... and i found NONE. Not only that, both were perfectly identical in every way... zero variation whatsoever, nice design well executed. So now i have 2 awesome new wallets, should be set for quite a while!!
No joke I bought one of these around 2006 and I still use it. These wallets hold up it survived 2 tours in the middle east with me. I can't get rid of it and won't.

I freakin love mine. Had it 20 years I guess. I need a new one but sadly, they no longer make the ACU pattern. Guess I'll go with the OCP. Consider bringing back the ACU please, the pattern is superb.
Reordering for my husband who has carried his for 8 yrs!!! The clear plastic has just begun to crack. He has loved everything about this wallet and wants another one😊
