If your Spec.-Ops® Brand selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days from the invoice date. The item(s) you want to return must be returned in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging. After the item(s) have been received and inspected by Spec.-Ops® Brand, the refund will be available (within 14 days) to the purchaser.
Contact us at info@specopsbrand.com and provide your order number. Within 7 business days you will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by email. Please write the RMA number in the space provided for you near the return address at the bottom of the packing slip that would have accompanied your Spec.-Ops® Brand item.
The item(s) being returned for exchange will simply be refunded after the item(s) have been received and inspected by Spec.-Ops® Brand. You may place a new order for the desired exchange item(s) via our website at anytime.
Invoice Discrepencies
All discrepancies with an invoice must be disputed via email to the Spec.-Ops® Brand Customer Service Team at info@specopsbrand.com within 30 business days of the invoice date.
